Keta 500 g Keta WILD SALMON KICK 500 g come from wild salmon of the Chum species. The catch area is FAO 67, Pacific Ocean. These orange-coloured roe are particularly tasty and buttery. They have great caloric properties, being very nutritious. They are recommended for canapés and for decorating fish and seafood appetizers. The eggs are around 6 mm in size, contain 3% salt and are 100% natural. For this reason the product is kept frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator at 2-4 degrees Celsius within 12/24 hours before serving. Presentation: vacuum-packed trays with transparent lid, packaged at 500 g. Shelf life 12 months after processing, stored at -18 degrees Celsius.
