Sevruga Caviar is the favorite of connoisseurs, thanks to its intense flavor. Although its grains are smaller, Sevruga Classic caviar offers a delicate and complex taste. Sevruga caviar is very rare and is known for its unique flavours. About the sturgeon – The sturgeon(Acipenser stellatus) has always been a rare species in the middle and upper Danube basin. Sevruga also used to go up rivers tributary to the Danube such as Prut, Tisa, Drava, Sava or Morava. It is now critically endangered.
Our Message
In this context Danube Research Consulting decided to invest in sturgeon aquaculture farms. Before the year 2000 it was still possible to catch wild specimens for breeding purposes. After breeding, they were released into their natural environment, the Danube River, from where the specimens returned to the Black Sea. They remain in the Black Sea until a new breeding cycle.

We are also glad to inform you that during all these years we have actively participated in the popular actions of the Danube.
